ATMx teaching approach
ATMx: Art, Technology, Management; the x is the crossing. It is how we do things: solid foundations in management, then we cross them with other disciplines and other professions, to learn to link what others keep apart. Do more than business.
ATMx in practice
Whatever your programme, ATMx takes you beyond a single way of seeing. From January 2027, in some of our programmes, practitioner co-creators from professions where approximation is not an option will design courses with our professors: an airline pilot, an emergency doctor, a crisis negotiator. Not another guest lecture.
You learn to decide by deciding. With the 200-cycle method, inspired by airline pilot training, each real situation leads to a decision, immediate feedback and a written reflection. In some of our programmes, from January 2027: around 200 decisions before you graduate.
AI, yes. Never without you. Learning to work with AI is part of the programme, always under human supervision. One rule never changes: every student must be able to explain their work without the tool. AI prepares the decision; it never makes it for you.
ATMx is rigorous curiosity. Imagination under pressure. Experimentation with consequences.
With our professors
The ATMx teaching approach also involves tackling serious issues in a fun way, much like the LEGO® Serious Play method. Kamel Mnisri, a lecturer at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Business School, tells you more in this video! 👉ðŸ½
Furthermore, given the popularity of this method, since 2024 we have been offering the LEGO® test as part of the oral admissions exams for our preparatory courses! It’s a way of preparing our future students for the ATMx teaching approach.
ATMx in our programmes
ATMx is the common thread of all our programmes, in a form suited to each one. From January 2027, all our programmes will be ATMx. Three bachelors, three profiles, none above the others.

We support you
It’s not personal, it’s business? Here, it is personal. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is, and will remain, a school on a human scale: on all three campuses and in every programme, each student receives individual support, from the first day to the first job. Because stepping out of your comfort zone is not something you do alone.
For more than 20 years, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ seminars have put students into real situations from the start of the year: finding concrete solutions, together, to the challenges of living and working as a group. The school supports you from “wanting to doâ€ to “being able to doâ€. Each programme then has its own support (mentor, tutor, AI twin): you will find it in your programme’s tab above.
Thriving in your studies, all the way to your first job
In every programme, the PEPS (Personal and Professional Support) service is there for you: two full-time psychologists, a dedicated disability adviser, and personality and career interest assessments from the start of the year. Find out more about PEPS.
One-to-one coaching, workshops, company fairs, job datings: the careers and internships department helps you land your internships, your apprenticeship and then your first job. Discover the Career Centre.
A word from the director
Our students will work in jobs that change faster than any curriculum. Training them to repeat what has already been done is no longer enough. ATMx first gives them solid foundations, then brings them into contact with other disciplines and other professions: an engineer, an artist, an emergency doctor. It is in that crossing that they learn to decide, and to explain why.
